Responsibility & Accountability
All employees and interns are responsible for completing assigned training modules and actively applying the strategies provided throughout the program.
Training includes, but is not limited to:
Learning Business Loans Corporation products and services
Understanding inside sales strategies and performance expectations
Engaging with prospective clients using approved communication tools
Identifying qualified business opportunities
Supporting and assisting in closing new sales in alignment with company standards, ethics, and goals
Performance, consistency, professionalism, and execution are expected at all times.
Inside the portal, Business Loans Corporation maintains Community Groups designed to support collaboration, learning, and communication.
Community Groups are used to:
Ask questions and receive guidance
Share best practices and insights
Receive company updates and announcements
Access ongoing support from leadership and peers
Access to Community Groups is restricted to leadership and higher-level employees, including:
Chief Inside Sales
Director of Inside Sales
Senior leadership and authorized staff
Lower-level employees and interns may only access Communities if explicitly approved by leadership.
Use of the Business Loans Corporation Portal requires adherence to all company policies, including the Company Handbook, Portal Terms of Service, and Portal Constitution.
All activity within the portal is monitored for quality, training, and compliance purposes.
